Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Omar Pareja, a sole proprietor doing business as "Swiftdoor" ("Swiftdoor," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Swiftdoor platform at wiseprod.co, its subdomains, and related services (together, the "Services").

This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Swiftdoor Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. A Note on Roles: Swiftdoor vs. Organizers

Swiftdoor is a technology platform that lets organizations (each an "Organizer," such as a fraternity or chapter) create event pages and sell tickets to buyers ("Buyers" or "Attendees").

  • For the operation of the platform itself, Swiftdoor determines how your information is handled, as described in this Policy.
  • When you buy a ticket to an Event, the Organizer of that Event also receives your information (such as your name, email, and order details) and uses it independently, under its own privacy practices, to run its Event. Swiftdoor does not control how an Organizer uses information once the Organizer receives it.

Before buying a ticket, you should review the relevant Organizer's own privacy practices. This Policy covers Swiftdoor's practices, not those of any Organizer.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us.

  • Account information (Organizers). When an Organizer or its representatives create an account, we collect information such as name, email address, a password (which is stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), and organization details.
  • Onboarding and payout information (Organizers). To enable payments, Organizers complete onboarding with our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects identity, business, and bank-account information directly; we receive limited account status and identifiers from Stripe, not full financial credentials.
  • Event information (Organizers). Event details, ticket tiers, pricing, images, and similar content you submit.
  • Purchase information (Buyers). When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (required for online checkout; not collected at door checkout), the tickets you select, and any access code you use.
  • Gender (Buyers and guests). When an Event asks for it, we collect your gender as Male, Female, or Prefer not to say. Organizers use it to plan and manage their Events.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including creating Events, processing orders, delivering tickets (including QR-code tickets), and supporting check-in;
  • process payments through Stripe and facilitate settlement to Organizers;
  • send transaction and service messages, such as order confirmations and ticket delivery, by email;
  • let the Organizer of your Event reach you about your order and its Event, and help detect fraud (this is what your phone number is used for);
  • send Event updates and, only if you opted in, promotional messages and Swiftdoor event alerts, as described in Section 5;
  • personalize which Swiftdoor event alerts we send you, if you opted in to them, based on your purchase history;
  • show the Event's Who's Going list where the Organizer turns it on, as described in Section 4;
  • keep records of the consents and choices you give us;
  • secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
  • respond to your questions and provide support;
  • analyze and improve the Services; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. The Who's Going List

An Organizer can choose to show a Who's Going list on its Event page. The Organizer picks one of these display modes for each Event:

  • Off. No list is shown.
  • Count only. Only the number of people going is shown. No names or handles.
  • Ticket holders. Attendees' first names and last initials, together with any Instagram handle entered for the order or ticket, are shown only to people who verify that they hold a ticket to that Event. In this mode a handle you entered is shown to other ticket holders whether or not you chose to display it publicly.
  • Public Instagram wall. An open page shows first names, last initials, and Instagram handles, but only for people who entered a handle. Entering a handle at checkout ("Optional — shown on this event's Who's Going list. Leave blank to stay off it.") is what puts you on the wall. You can remove your handle from the list at any time from your ticket page.
  • Public names. An open page shows the first name and last initial of each attendee. Instagram handles are never shown in this mode. This mode does not ask for a separate opt-in.

The count shown may include everyone with a valid ticket. An Organizer can also hide an individual ticket from the list. If you want to be removed from a Who's Going list, contact the Organizer of the Event or email us at support@swiftdoor.co.

5. Messages, Event Alerts, and Unsubscribing

We send, or let Organizers send through the Services, these kinds of email:

  • Transactional messages: order confirmations, tickets, approvals, refunds, split-pay and table notices, and account messages. We send these because you placed an order or have an account.
  • Event updates: messages from an Organizer to the buyers of a specific Event, about that Event (for example a time, venue, or entry change).
  • Organizer promotions: promotional messages from an Organizer, sent only to people who opted in to that Organizer's updates (for example by ticking the unchecked box at checkout that offers first access to that Organizer's next events, by ticking the "Get Notified" checkbox on an event page, by using the first-access link in one of that Organizer's emails and confirming on the page it opens, or — if someone else bought your ticket — by ticking the same unchecked box on your own ticket page). Opting in to Swiftdoor event alerts does not opt you in to any Organizer's promotions, and an Organizer can reach only people who bought from, signed up with, or otherwise dealt with that Organizer — never people it learned about through another Organizer.
  • Swiftdoor event alerts: emails from Swiftdoor about other events, including events run by other Organizers. We send these only if you opt in, by ticking the unchecked box at checkout ("Get alerts from Swiftdoor about events like this") or the same box on your own ticket page when someone else bought your ticket, or by using the "Get alerts for future events" link in one of our emails and confirming on the page it opens. Some alerts feature an Organizer's Event at that Organizer's request. We review every such request before anything is sent, the email always comes from Swiftdoor, and an Organizer can only describe the kind of people it would like to reach (for example, people who went to similar Events, have spent a certain amount on Swiftdoor, or often go out with people who did) and see totals — how many people the alert could reach, and how many were emailed, opened it, clicked or bought. If you buy a ticket, that Organizer receives your order like any other.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services. These include:

  • Essential cookies, which are necessary for the Services to function, such as keeping you signed in and protecting against fraud and abuse;
  • A visit-source cookie, which records how you reached an event page — which channel the link came from (for example a social post or an email) — so that sales can be attributed to a channel. It expires within the hour and contains no identifier for you or your device;
  • An email attribution cookie, a first-party cookie set when you click a link in an email sent through the Services. It holds a random send token (not your name or email address) that our systems can match to the email you clicked, and it lasts up to 7 days. We use it only to measure whether that email led to a purchase; and
  • A referral cookie, a first-party cookie set when you open another buyer's referral link. It holds only the link's random code, lasts up to 7 days, and is used only to credit that buyer's referral reward if you buy a ticket to that Event.

Swiftdoor does not use cookies for third-party or cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

7. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • With the Organizer of an Event you purchase from. When you buy a ticket, the Organizer receives your order information (such as name, email, phone number, gender where asked, Instagram handle, and guest details) to fulfill and manage its Event. The Organizer uses that information under its own privacy practices, as described in Section 1. When you opt in to an Organizer's updates through an interest-list form, that Organizer receives your signup.
  • On the Who's Going list. Where an Organizer turns it on, limited information is shown to other attendees or the public, as described in Section 4.
  • Referral results. Where an Organizer runs referral rewards, it sees the referral results for its Event described in Section 3, including the names of its own buyers whose links brought the most sales.
  • With service providers who help us operate the Services. We share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, such as: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage hosting), Vercel (application hosting and delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Upstash (rate limiting and abuse prevention). These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as completing transactions, providing support, maintaining records required for tax or accounting purposes, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Specifically:

  • Orders, tickets, and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, and legal purposes.
  • Checkouts you start but never complete: if nothing else connects you to the Services (no order, ticket, signup, inquiry, or support conversation), the personal information from that checkout is deleted 90 days after your last visit.
  • Raw notifications from our payment and email providers, and records of rate-limited or blocked requests (which can include the email, phone number, IP address, and device information that was entered), are deleted after 30 days.
  • Queued email and push notifications are deleted 30 days after they are sent. Information you enter at checkout that is too long to pass to our payment provider is held for at most 24 hours.
  • Visitor identifiers used to count page views are deleted after 48 hours; only anonymous counts are kept.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Your Choices and Rights

  • Email preferences. You may unsubscribe from Organizer promotions, Event updates, and Swiftdoor event alerts at any time using the link in those messages, as described in Section 5. We may still send you transaction and service-related messages, such as ticket and order confirmations.
  • Who's Going. You can remove your Instagram handle from a Who's Going list from your ticket page, or ask the Organizer or us to remove you from a list, as described in Section 4.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@swiftdoor.co. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Note that the Organizer of an Event you purchased from may retain your information in its own records; you may need to contact that Organizer directly.
  • How deletion works. When we delete your information on request, we remove your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, and other personal details from your orders, tickets, messages, consent records, and support conversations. We keep the amounts and dates of past transactions, without your personal details, because tax and accounting rules require them. We keep a one-way scrambled form of your email address and phone number (which cannot be turned back into them) only so that we never send you marketing email again. We also ask our payment processor, Stripe, to remove the personal details we attached to your payments; Stripe keeps its own payment records, such as the card and billing details it processed, under its own legal obligations and privacy policy.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any such right, contact us at support@swiftdoor.co. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at support@swiftdoor.co.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including Stripe and Organizer pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party whose services you use.

13. United States Operation

The Services are operated in the United States and are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by other reasonable means. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

Instagram handle (optional). If you enter an Instagram handle at checkout or on your ticket page, we store it with your order. It may appear on the Event's Who's Going list, as described in Section 4.
  • Guest information. When you buy more than one ticket, we collect each additional guest's name, email address, and phone number. On table guest pages, each seat also asks for the guest's gender and an optional Instagram handle. We use a guest's email address to send them their own ticket, with a link to a page that shows only their ticket — never the buyer's payment or contact details, or anyone else's ticket.
  • Interest-list signups. If you use a "Get Notified" form on an event page, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and whether you agreed to receive updates.
  • Table inquiries. If you ask an Organizer about a table, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message.
  • Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email), we collect the information you choose to provide.
  • 2.2 Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and usage activity. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services, including to apply rate limiting and prevent abuse. When you place an order, we also store with that order:

    • your IP address and your browser's user agent;
    • your approximate country, derived from your IP address;
    • a card fingerprint from Stripe (an identifier for the card, not the card number), used to detect fraud and repeat disputes;
    • the visit source: which channel brought you to the event page (for example Instagram, a blast email, a direct visit, or another site), with any campaign tag and when you first arrived; and
    • the referral link you arrived through, if another buyer shared one with you (see "Referral links and rewards" in Section 3).

    2.3 Consent records. When you accept our Terms and this Policy, or opt in to or out of messages, we keep a record of your choice: your email address (and phone number, if given), what you agreed to or declined, the version of this Policy in effect, the time, the form you used (for example checkout, a split-pay page, the door, an interest-list form, or an email link), and your IP address and user agent. We keep these records so we can show what you agreed to and honor your choices.

    2.4 Information from third parties. We receive limited information from our payment processor (such as transaction status and identifiers, and the billing postal code of the card used for an order, which we use only to help detect fraud) and from Organizers in connection with their Events.

    2.5 Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, not by Swiftdoor. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes your information in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

    Referral links and rewards. When an Organizer turns on referral rewards for an Event, your order confirmation (on screen and by email) includes a personal share link for that Event. The link carries a random code that points to your order; it does not contain your name, email address, or phone number. When someone opens your link, a first-party cookie holding only that code is stored in their browser for up to 7 days. If they then buy a ticket to that Event, we record that your link brought their order — which is how we know to reward you — and, where the reward rules are met, we refund the reward (a percentage of their ticket price or a fixed amount, up to a cap) to the card you paid with, on your own order. To prevent abuse, we do not pay a reward when the two orders belong to the same person or were paid with the same card, and we compare card fingerprints (Section 2.2) and the identity details on both orders to check this. Rewards come out of the Organizer's proceeds for that sale, or, for some Events, are paid by Swiftdoor. The Organizer sees how many sales came through referral links, the rewards paid, and the names of its own buyers whose links brought the most sales; the reward email does not tell you who bought with your link. A reward counts toward any later refund or resale of your own order: a refund or resale returns the ticket price minus rewards already returned.

    Connections between attendees (Swiftdoor only). We note when people are connected by something that happened on the Services: they were on the same order, table, or split payment, one referred the other, they checked in at the door within a short time of each other, or they checked in to several of the same Events. From these connections and your own purchase and check-in history (for example how many Events you checked in to, how often you use your tickets, how far ahead you usually buy, and what you have spent), we group people who tend to go out together and estimate which past attendees may be interested in an Event. We use only facts an Organizer confirmed about Events, such as the type of Event, its music, its venue, or its price range, and never anything about who you are, such as your age, gender, or background. This information is used by Swiftdoor only: it is not shown to Organizers or to other attendees (an Organizer asking us to feature an Event in a Swiftdoor event alert may describe its audience in these terms, but sees only totals, never who is in it), it does not by itself cause any message to be sent to you (who may be messaged is still decided by your choices in Section 5), and it is deleted when your personal information is erased.

    Swiftdoor does not currently send SMS or text messages. Phone numbers are used so the Organizer can contact you about your order or Event, and for fraud prevention. If we add text messaging in the future, we will ask for your separate consent before sending you any text message.

    An Organizer never learns who received an alert.

    We use your purchase history (the events and ticket types you bought, and the Organizers you bought from) to personalize which alerts we send you.

    Measuring event updates and promotions. Links in event updates and promotional emails are tracked: when you click one, it passes through a Swiftdoor link first, and we record which email and link you clicked and when. Where your email app allows it, we also record whether an email was opened. We use this, together with whether you then bought a ticket, to measure how well an email worked for the Organizer who sent it — or, for a Swiftdoor event alert featuring an Organizer's Event, for that Organizer, who sees only totals. Transactional messages, such as your tickets and receipts, do not contain tracked links. To measure a promotion's effect, a small, randomly chosen share of its audience may not receive it; being left out of one promotion does not affect whether you receive others.

    Unsubscribing. Every email that is not transactional includes an unsubscribe link, and supports one-click unsubscribe from your email app. The unsubscribe page lets you stop emails from one Organizer, or stop all Swiftdoor marketing emails, including event alerts. You will still receive transactional messages about orders you place. We also stop sending marketing email to any address that permanently bounces or that marks our email as spam.

    For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Swiftdoor, our users, or others.
  • In a business transfer. If Swiftdoor is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
  • Consent records, unsubscribes, and your message history are kept until you ask us to delete your information, so that we can honor your choices and show what you agreed to.

    When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the personal details from it. Organizers independently control how long they retain the Buyer information they receive.

    We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
